Unfortunately, my stay at this location was the worse. The room was not ready upon arrival, finally when it was it was no clean, and the bathroom had urine on the floor. During my stay when I stepped out i placed the do not disturb sign on the door and came back to find my room door opened. Customer service stated they would reach out to me regarding my complaint and no one did. Also, between 6-7am in the morning there was so much noise because they were doing repairs in the next rooms. I don’t usually post reviews but the service here was terrible. First time with that kind of experience at a Hilton hotel.

The hotel is under construction - which was NOT communicated at the time of booking. The first day when checking in, we heard some construction noise. We mentioned it on nigh 1 of our 2 night stay, and were told by the receptionist that there was construction but the noise will be limited. There was no offer to change rooms. It continued the whole day until 9PM, and started again at 8AM the next day, then stopped again around 9PM to start again the next morning at 8AM (on a weekend). Banging and drilling sounds. When we asked to speak to the manager upon checking out, her first reaction was to ask if we had talked to somebody about it (which we had), putting the blame on us as customers instead of apologizing. Next she proceeded to say the construction was on floors 20-22 and we therefore could not have heard it (we were on floor 7 and heard it very clearly - there was definitely construction happening on lower floors), effectively implying we were lying about it. She finally offered to give us a discount on future stays but that is unnecessary, we will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again. We are in the area every two weeks for work reasons, but thankfully there are plenty of other options around. Construction noise is inevitable in a city like NYC. However the hotel is big and was almost empty, guests should be put in rooms as far as possible from the source of the noise. The manager’s response to a client complaint should NEVER to question or deny the client’s claim

Staff on the night of 01/10/2024 was rude and obnoxious. I asked to go view the room to see if everything was in conditions. She told me that everything is already paid for, therefore I’ll have to take it as it is. Have never heard such as response. Will not be staying here ever again.

Extra small fridge and it didn’t even work, had to get ice buckets to keep anything cold for just one night, the first bucket used was cracked at the bottom so water drained everywhere thankfully they were in the bathroom for easy clean up, hotel randomly “relocked” the doors and we couldn’t get in our room, no microwave to heat anything up either

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The room was small. There was no microwave in the room. There was no breakfast. The lobby was small with nothing in it. There was no small store to buy a drink or chips. No table in the room or lobby to sit and eat if you brought in food. Just ok if you need a place to sleep while having a short stay in New York. One more thing, they cancelled our key card in the middle of our stay for a reprogram that was inconvenient.
