I liked the room and the staff was very helpful. My only disappointment is that there wasn't a shop in the hotel where I could purchase water, toothpaste, ibuprofen, snacks or other small essentials. I also am not very handy with my iphone so scanning a QR code for room service wasn't an option.

The hotel was in a great location for getting around, close to transport links and walkable to many places. The hotel room itself was relatively basic but worked for what we needed. One thing which wasn't ideal was that the heater in the room was very loud and would wake us up when it turned on in the night. We also requested for the sheets to be changed halfway through our stay and we were told this would be done but this was not done.

Fantastic location! Clean, safe and very well stocked with towels, personal products & tea/coffee. Complimentary bottled water from reception when requested. Temperature in the room was great and very easy to control. Would’ve been a bonus to have a kettle in the room not just a coffee machine but really that’s a very minor gripe! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Minutes walk from both the 23rd and 28th street subway stations too. Would highly recommend!

Not the best stay in a Hotel we have had. Didn’t have hot water for 36 Hours after complaining twice. The tea and coffee facilities were very poor. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy so had to turn it off overnight, but because the draft from the window was terrible the room remained very cold.

Lovely experience overall. Room was a bit tired but comfortable. Lighting was very dark, felt like night time in the day (for reference, we were staying on lower floors so a lot of sunlight was blocked by the surrounding buildings).
