Paid premium price for rooms but, Staff service is not good and they are lazy and somewhat rude. Worst Hilton that I have stayed. Broken bathroom shower rails, to no water inside the room and when ask for water, the staff said to “fill your own from the tap next the restroom”

Excellent hotel on Times Square. In the middle of all the action when you step out of the door, but quiet in the rooms. Saved my family a lot of time being so close to many amenities and entertainment. Regular coffee and supply stores less than 1 block away. Will stay again!

Ok stay- tried to put us in a room with only 1 bed (paid extra for 2 and a view), took 2 attempts to get the right room which magically arrived when i asked for a discount. The breakfast buffet was shockingly bad ( at $50 each) asked for a latte and was told that would be an additional $10. Bacon and sausage totally overcooked. Leaky wall mounted soap was a major hazard when getting in the tub. Staff were generally very nice. Bed was comfy and pillows great
