This hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was very professional and accommodating from the lobby personnel all the way to the front desk. The hotel was very clean and so was the room. The view was amazing from our corner room. The only thing I didn't like was the $40 charge towards food each day whether we ate at the hotel or not. The room was costly enough so didn't like to have to pay an additional $40 per night.

Very unhappy with hotels.com. Upon arriving at hotel come to find no reservation under mine name. Hotel was inane to provide the room that was requested. The hotel did offer a room but it was not the type of room needed. I will nerve book another hotel thur hotels.com. Very bad experience.
