Reservation was cancelled twice. Even though I called and communicated a lte arrival and the card used for the reservation wasn’t to be charged. They assured me 1- card Will Not be charged until check in and 2- late arrival is fine just call and advise arrival time. I called and advised three times. The card I used to reserve stays locked by me until I purchase…that was communicated yet they ran the card at 3pm which cancelled the first reservation and I list the suite I booked. On the drive to NYC I received a notification of cancellation. I called, reserved another room (lost the suite) and communicated all information. Upon arrival at 1:30 am, the crackerjack staff couldn’t find me then told me the reservation was cancelled again. When I asked if they had a room, they advised yes. I asked if I could have it and they handed me a business card to tell me they couldn’t check me in….I HAD YO CALL THE NUMBER AND BOOK THRU THE PHONE. Restaurant is good with excellent service. The hotel wasn’t worth a motel rate in the middle of Arkansas. Staff seem to be clueless that they work I. The hospitality industry. Very unhelpful, rude, and infected with a crappy work ethic. Couldn’t get towels, couldn’t find my car, or help with luggage ….they did charge and take my money with F1 racing efficiency. I travel extensively in and out of the country. I have never left a review. THIS PLACE SUX!!!
