The hotel was extremely clean. Like brand new. The breakfast potatoes were amazing. Parking outside on the street it was a little dark, but 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ overall experience.

Hotel is nice, but in a super industrial area, not much around it. They ran out of water at the store/gym, but the front desk would give us bottles of water when we asked.

We had a really great stay. The streets around the hotel are not exactly the greatest but there is easy access, everyone was super friendly and all things directly related to the hotel were great! We appreciate Freddy and all front desk staff as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good but had one issue
Place was good to stay at. Not to far from alot of stations to get around. Also close to alot of food places. How ever, got a room with a balcony and they said i couldnt use it due to safety issues. Then why have it up available for purchase. Makes no sense. But other than that my stay was great.

It was a lovely experience! Staff is great and made the check in process fast and easy! Hotel entrance is in a wierd to get to place but other than passing it a time or to the trip was a success!

It is a new hotel so it was clean and had an "untouched" quality to it. The free breakfast was understaffed and the food selection ran short. The front desk staff didn't always communicate clearly in English. And the location, while quiet, was in a really isolated and industrial, almost spooky, part of Queens.

The front desk gave me poor customer service and after I already reserved the stay I had to wait 20 mins at the front desk which lead to me missing a whole hour of my remote working meeting like I’m super disappointed like really on top of all this the heater turns on and off every 10 mins with no timer adjustments
