Spring break

Great location close enough to Times Square but far enough from all the busyness and noise. Great staff, very accommodating nice, clean with tons of options for breakfast and very convenient location.

Wear socks walking in your room.

Room was filthy and smelled. The carpet is nasty. The drawers were dirty, thus we kept our clothes in our suitcases. Only 2 good things about this place 1) Location - you are near everything and 2) breakfast - the food was good and that area was well maintained, unlike the dirty rooms.

Location was great, we took airtrain and LIRR from JFK, then walked from Penn st station. When we arrived both lifts were not working, not a great start to a hotel with 19 floors and we'd been put on the 10th. The lift issue resolved (albeit temporarily) allowing us to get to our room, but then when we came out to go into town for evening meal, they'd failed as again, so we had to walk down 10 flights!! I emailed the manager Sandra immediately as she was not on site, 5 - 6 days have passed and she still has not replied! The room keys fail frequently, apparently it's a known issue, but again, if you have to keep going down to reception to resolve, it's not a great situation. On our last night there we met Alex who was great, so so helpful and understanding. If it wasn't got him, I'd have rated the service a zero. Breakfast was plentiful but 'fast food' style. Coffee was available in reception 24/7. No laundry services and no smart TV. Good location, comfortable bed, but dated and failing hotel.

Great place to stay! Hotel is in great condition, staff was nice, breakfast was really good with a lot of different options. Is located on a great area near all mayor NYC attractions, restaurants, couple of blocks from metro station. And price was the best, totally worth it will be back for sure!

Best deal around for Broadway and Midtown. Rooms are tiny, but not unusually so for NYC. Staff is helpful. Parlour next door is excellent for dining before or after a show

No restaurant on premises was a negative, and breakfast was super crowded most of the time. Good proximity to local attractions. The garbage bins in front of hotel are a definite negative. Had to leave a note for cleaners to refill body wash and replace kleenex box. Should be part of their duties.

The property is at an excellent location, close to Times Square (10 mins walk) & subway station (4mins walk). There are several dining options close by. Staff were courteous and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious & had many options everyday. The only drawback was that the rooms are a little small for 4 people. We were a family of four, 2 of whom were kids, but still found the space to be a little tight! But considering we were out sightseeing the whole day and only came back to the room to sleep at night, we didn’t mind it too much.

While it is in a good location, that is all that was good. We stayed for several days and vending machines were never filled. Nothing in the drink machine,not even diet. The TV channels are not ones you would want and we had a family taking up 3 rooms on our floor. They had their luggage strewn all around the floor which made it difficult to get to the elevator. Not an enjoyable experience.

Convenient, quiet and good breakfast

Easy check-in. Breakfast was good, w some rotation on the hot items each day. I was amazed they still provided EGGS with their current cost. This property is very popular with groups and students. Be prepared. There are only 8 rooms per floor, so even with groups, the rooms are quiet. Wifi was good.
