January visit.

Visiting family. Room was clean and quiet. Only issue was there was a “fragrance” in the room. Don’t think it was fabric softener. Maybe a spray or something used when vacuuming? It was overwhelming the first night and gave me a headache. Very strong. After the first night, I had the window opened.

Young lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming- i appreciate when my “special request” is taken in consideration , which she did. The hotel is very comfortable.. the pillows are yummy (they should sell them!) * a sign on the 1st floor for quiet hours 10pm-9am would help.* not all people have the social awareness for that… it would help. Parking is very practical and e-vehicle charger works very well! Thank you!
