The staff was inviting overall stay was good; however, a drink box went missing from the room refrigerator. My party do believe it may have been a mistake as we checked in at two separate times both times we had trouble accessing the room with key. Staff was sent to assist however, I believe the young lady I observed exiting the room after removing something from the refrigerator may have thought the room was empty. While we mistakenly thought she came to open the room. Other than that incident the stay was ok.

If you got assigned room C02, just ask for another room! The whole room is just so noisy, ac is noisy, then every 20 minutes or so, you hear a very loud cranking noise that last 5 seconds to 10 seconds. The bathroom fan also doesn’t work

Only one elevator worked. The pillows are terrible. The fitness facility had only one working treadmill, no cleansing wipes, no water. Not enough parking.
