Parking was chaotic. The front desk staff wasnt very welcoming or friendly. We had to change rooms, because the room door was broken/wouldnt open, after waiting nearly an hour for them to try and get in the original room. We also found trash in our room from the previous guests. We will not be back.

This is a great place to stay if you want a quick walk to Times Square! I thought the area felt safe and had some good cafes around the hotel. There is a 7/11 right down the block if you need something quick. The staff were very accommodating and nice!

Mid sized room, nearby Times Square. Clean and comfy. Not the cheapest but nothing is in New York. TV worked fine for films and sport. Breakfast was very good and saved a few $’s each morning.
