Was shocked that I was put in a room that honestly looked like a dump. Carpet on the floor, a bed that I can find at your local motel, a mirror that fell off the wall, and the ada room was not spacious at all. Disappointed overall for the price I paid and the room

The place looks like they haven’t done maintenance in a while. We stayed there for a week and 1 out of the 2 elevators was broken. We stayed on the 35 floor so stairs wasn’t really an option. We had to text them so the elevator guy would come pick us up at our floor. The staff was nice. The room was tiny but I guess that’s normal in NY.

Worse Holiday Innhotel ever
It was terrible stay at this Holiday Inn as half of the breakfast items were missing during our stay and only one lift was working and it took 30 minutes anytime if it worked. Also, they had person standing inside to have them take to the floor of their choice for workers and if anybody complained. The beds were broken and for the price you get nothing.

Stain on the curtain couldn’t tell if it was blood or something else. Elevator went out and only had one working to begin with. The staff was great just the hotel itself wasn’t up to normal standards.

The elevator was not working and had to use the stairs many times. They overbook our room and a couple was trying to get into our room at midnight. The hotel manager was very professional and nice but one of the receptionists was very rude and mean after the confusion from his side about overbooking our room.

We stayed five nights. Service was great! We arrived prior to check-in time but didn’t mi d the wait because there were warm cookies, carrot cake and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shower was good with really hot water. Location was ideal. I would stay again for sure!

Hotel was truly terrible. Only 1 elevator for 33 floors. We had to wait 42 minutes at one point. Breakfast area totally inadequate, there were people eating their breakfast standing up in the corridor. Only 2 toasters at breakfast, but one didn’t work. And the 2nd one only had 2/4 slots working, There were two pancake machines, one of them worked briefly on day two, but they were resolutely broken the other days. There was no lid on the overflowing bin, the customer facing computers in reception were broken. My wife was bitten by bugs in the room. The staff have more or less given up, but you can’t blame them. This place is a disgrace. If it was independent, you might say the owners were incompetent, but the fact it’s part of IHG makes it absolutely inexcusable. Stay ANYWHERE but here.

The room was good. We stayed on the 28th floor. One of the elevators were broken. We were not told that in order for the elevator to come up to your floor to go down, that you had to call the front desk. It wasn’t very clear on the sign. We weren’t informed of the breakfast offered in the morning either. Other than that, it was a decent stay. Will we be back? Who knows.

For a hotel with 36 floors there was only one elevator. The other has been broken for weeks and we weren't told that when they took our money. We wasted hours of our lives waiting for their elevator up or down. It was a disaster and we were paying top dollars for all this bad service, I demanded a refund but they said because I booked through Expedia they couldn't give me a refund. So Experdia should refund the money we waisted on that crappy hotel>

Worst hotel experience, only 1 elevator is working and you need to call front desk to be picked up and wait for about 30mins. Due to this my grandmother use the stairs going down from the 20th floor. It was not a good experience. Hair dryer is not working and replacement was provided on the last day. Phone was not working on my grandma’s room and our room on the 2nd day.

Only one elevator works so you need to wait 30 min atleast and call front desk to pick you up as elevator need to be operated it is not automatic. Phone don’t work in room and have to tell 2 days that’s body wash is not in the room. Breakfast area very small so expect 30 min to get the seat else just carry the breakfast to room but anyhow elevator you cannot carry food as people push and elevator wait time is 20-30 min so people get inpatient too. Not recommending this hotel

This was by far the worst hotel me and my family have stayed in our entire life, there was only 1 elevator working on a 36 floor building so if you wanted to go down, either you take the stairs or you wait for more than 40 minutes for the elevator for picking you up. Everything was super dirty. The breakfast area was too small for all the guests and even the toasters weren’t working. Staff crew were rude to you if you wanted a table to get cleaned or asked for more food or drinks and in our room the air conditioning was not working, either ir threw air at 60°F or it threw at 120°F there was no middle point between that, the toilet in the inside was dirty because no one washed it before and they gave us just 3 towels for 4 people. The WORST HOTEL I’VE VISITED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
