Almost all the attractions were within walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. A shout out to the ladies running the breakfast buffet, always helpful, and with a smile. All the staff were terrific in making our stay enjoyable.

Front desk was amazing ! We were able to check in earlier than normal check in time which helped us as we flew in the morning of. We did have a few issues throughout our stay. - Ice machines are only on 3 levels & 2 out of 5 days from our stay we had to go on all 3 floors looking for ice which was unfortunately not available. - Another issue we had was elevators. There are only 2 elevators. On our check out day we were waiting 30/40 mins for an elevator … We ended up walking down 12 flights of stairs with our luggage because for one the elevator would not stop on our floor for some odd reason and two it did stop twice but it was full and it was max 6 ppl per elevator. You can also hear the people next door going in and out of there room. Halls are very small. You can hear people’s conversations if they’re loud & you’re in the hallway. House keeping doesn’t really clean your room all they do is give your new towels and make the bed. We also got a room with a stained floor that looked like possibly old throw up stains…. Tv only has like 30 channels and none are really great. I rate this stay a 6.5/10 - breakfast was included in our price which helped us with time and not having to spend extra on breakfast.

Good breakfast, staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Elevators had no problems. Very timely. Would stay again, close to Broadway in Times Square. Delicious complementary cookies and chips and water and flavored water and lemonade. Along with the free breakfast in the morning.

Just didn’t like the elevators, the maiden service with those large carts should not use the same elevator as guest. I have to walk down so many flights because I couldn’t get an elevator. Would I stay at this hotel again..No.

Great location!

Awesome location within easy walking distance to so much, even more than just Broadway and Times Square! Hotel itself is nothing fancy, but they provide water bottles and the breakfast includes hot eggs and sausage. They also hold your bags until 7pm after checkout.

Overall, this hotel’s location, cleanliness, staff, and overall comfort were great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was it has 2 elevators and one of them wasn’t working on the final day of our stay. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.
