This place was so nice! The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Super close to a lot of things, we were able to walk everywhere. The rooms don’t have the best lighting but that is really my only complaint. Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. However, the decor is a bit dated, and there are only 2 elevators, so trying to leave in the morning was a bit crowded and a long wait.

We had a great stay at this HIE. The staff was super helpful and nice. Our room was clean and expected size for a NYC hotel. We asked for a mini fridge and they brought us one. Breakfast was good. It was crowded when we were there, so we would just avoid the busy times. We didn't have trouble getting an elevator except one day when a bunch of people were checking in all at once. Even then, it wasn't crazy long. Must recommend this staff!
