Poor Holiday Inn Experience
Booked a double room with extra floor space, but room was still very small. Air-conditioning was really noisy. Breakfast was a joke so busy and poor selection of food.

NOISY LOBBY Over-priced room on ground level, INCHES from lobby & breakfast area. Room was right next to a conference room being used as a spillover dining area. LOUD guests walking past our door at 6am to get to the "spill-over" dining room, enjoying their breakfast, loudly talking, laughing, etc. Wet carpet from leaking mini fridge. My son's room on 5th floor. Friend's room on 6th. Convenient to cruise ship. Staff VERY nice.

Very rude staff. Dirty wet floor due to leaking air conditioner. Wasn’t possible to change rooms . I called in the morning for a late check out and received very rude customer service. I wanted to use the amenities such as the microwave and the cleaning lady stood there cleaning it for 20 minutes knowing I was waiting. Never have experienced such low quality customer service,

It was a very positive experience. The majority of the staff was nice and patient. The breakfast had a good variety. The dining space is not the best but still found a place to eat every day. The room was small but comfy. It had everything needed to sleep and shower.
