Convenient location, all attractions are within walking distance. Walking distance of restaurants. Only issue was the small bar fridge sounded like a train when cycled on, other than that hotel was good.

The place was not clean at all, there were lots of dust on the window counter. In the morning, workers were drilling by our window so it was loud. Also, the next door neighbors were so loud all night we had to yell at them to stop so we can sleep. The walls were too thin we can hear every bang, every step they made. The free breakfast was decent but it was so packed that they kept running out of coffee and food and it took a while to get refills. You also listed that it had laundry when in fact it didn’t.

Good location and good value, although breakfast area was too small for size of hotel. The breakfast was ok given it was included in room rate, you wouldn't have paid extra.

A recent place. New york is super expensive so comparatively i suppose it was fine. They really should have let people know they are renovating the exterior of the building which means drilling etc. The room was fine. I should've asked for pillows that weren't worn down but at least the bed was super comfy.

Asked for quiet room and got it. Yay. Breakfast is a circus or a zoo. Way too many people fighting over food lines for very simple items. Elevators super busy during morning rush. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Location was safe to us. 3 long blocks to Broadway. Easy 20 minute walk to most theaters. Would consider again but lots to choose from in the area. Free breakfast-meh.

Room was ok, clean. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning on the room was not working when we arrived and had to reset the switch, and even when we turned it on, room smelled weird when we came back at night (like something burned). Area around the hotel had very little illumination and was dirty. We did not feel very safe walking at night
