The carpet had a general stinch. It smelled of old cigarette smoke and bad body odor. The staff said vould not move me due to limited available space. The staff was both courteous and helpful regarding other matters.

Prompt and courteous service provided by the front desk staff. Manager was hands on and available to help guests when his staff was busy assisting other guests. Breakfast buffet is very good.

Great staff and amenities. Excellent buffet breakfast and shuttle to/from airport was reliable. Only issue was walk-in shower floor. Was very slippery. Needs to be resurfaced before somebody falls.

Thermostat

The room was on the hot side when I checked in and it was hard to figure out how to lower the temperature in the room using the thermostat on the wall. It was on the second day that I finally figured it out.
