Hipster Dive With a Cool Cat
Like staying in a tenament. Peeling paint, thin walls, broken coffee machine, but it also felt...kind of authentic? Very starving artist, which was cool. BUT the BEST PART is that they have a CAT named BRONX and he is THE SWEETEST.

The location is amazing, it has great access to public transportation. On the other hand, I wish it was cleaner, the room was good size, but the floors were dirty and the bathroom and towels weren’t as clean as in other places.

the hall was smelling bad, and even if there was an a/c in the room, there was not any chance to open the window. Also, housekeeping did not come to our room to clean or take out the trash for 3 days. Moreover, the ceiling of the bathroom’s wall was leaking..

The staff were very nice, but the room was very small. The television in the room was extremely grainy, the outlets were loose, and there were no tissues or garbage cans. Shared bathroom with other guests. Felt more like a hostel then a hotel. Very convenient location though, and it did feel safe.

I liked the area but,the owner was unfriendly and there’s no elevators we had to go up the stairs 5 floors.and I didn’t liked that we had to shared the bathroom It’s unhealthy And there’s one bathroom for 5 rooms.
