Don’t be fooled by the “balcony” we were facing other buildings and actually sat in on a staff meeting from the adjacent building…lol, The room was cute tho.

It was an amazing experience and very comfortable staying. All staff were very nice and friendly. Rooms were very clean and quiet thanks a lot to make our vacation enjoyable and relaxing. Sure we will visit your hotel again if we get to New York. Also prices are reasonable.

I’ve stayed here about 4 times now and it’s always a pleasant stay! The rooms are clean, including the bathrooms. Great water pressure. The staff are so lovely, and always so helpful. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it

Average to below average. Good location
The front desk staff was average. The lobby was nice. The elevator didn't work all the time, so we had to walk up 16 flights one day. Our patio door was leaking at the top so we put the ice bucket under the leak. It filled the bucket. Tile in one shower was loose. The other shower had hair in it. Iron was nice as was the blow dryer. Bed was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location and would stay again for the right deal. New restaurant nearby (John Devoy) highly recommend
