This hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful. It was a joy to be greeted and have a chat with them! It is also in a good location for accessing attractions. The room was clean and smelled amazing!

The pictures and description of the room on Expedia were grossly inaccurate. The hotel has two towers, but Expedia showed only the main tower, not the tower I was booked in. The entrance to the tower was like a service entrance, at best. The room I was assigned looked as though a spare space had been converted into a room with dilapidated furniture.

Amazing hotel with an unbelievable location. Staff very kind and helpful. The room was wonderful, with a very comfortable bed, pillow and good size bathroom. Next time we visit New York, we will definitely - without a doubt - stay in 32 32 again.

We just completed our third stay at 32 32 and had another fantastic experience! We love the location, the awesome environment and friendly staff. Not to mention that the room was amazing with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept. Definitely recommend.

You gotta stay here if you are in New York! We arrived early in the morning, and they very graciously checked our luggage for us so we could right away enjoy ourselves around the city. The people were knowledgeable and sooo nice.We had a wonderful stay and will stay again!

The room was a decent size it was just dirty, walls were dirty. The shower was dirty. I was not comfortable with the dirt on the walls, floors. Definitely needs to step up the housevleaning.
