Unfortunately when arrived to the hotel late at night they did not have my booking available, hotel at full capacity. Staff informed me that they would refund me for the days booked and day after when reached out about it they completely refused the refund. Extremely disappointed of the customer service provided by their manager.

Very nice, comfortable and very walkable to Soho, Little Italy and if you enjoy Chinese food apparently some of the best are in the area The staff are very accommodating!

I have been going to this wonderful hotel for three years now. Everyone and everything makes this place hip and comfortable to stay.plus the crown skybar is spectacular. I took my family there recently and it was such a relaxing experience. This hotel deserves an award on excellence.

My first trip in NYC
It was my first time in the city and staying at 50 Bowery made all the difference in the quality of my trip. Not only it was close to the main subway lines, but also I was just a few steps away from the most entertaining neighborhood in the South of Manhattan. Their attention to details and warm service were appreciated. I want to come back with my family! My only downside is that we can hear everything from the rooms when people talk in the hallway in front of your room. Be mindful!

Brilliant hotel in China town, huge local vibe. Staff were brilliant and accommodating. The roof top bar was fabulous. Huge bedroom too. Shower in 518 not great as it leaked everywhere but did not affect the stay. Fresh towels , fresh bed linen daily. Stayed 5 nights and will stay again
