My wife and I spent the night after going to a show at The Beacon Theater next door. We had a great experience at the hotel. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room had a king size bed and the views of sunrise over the city was amazing! The room even had a kitchen with stove. Again it was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

Great Hotel in a Great Location

Why would you stay in a Times Sqaure Hotel when you can have an elegant stay at the Hotel Beacon on the Upper West Side? Classy, with large rooms in the best part of Manhattan, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and yes with good subway links to Times Square and the rest of NYC.

I love this hotel--but I love the front desk staff more! The lady who checked us in Friday around 4pm treated us so well, as if we were VIP's. And this continued for our entire stay as everyone was so friendly and professional. They made the UWS feel like the home it used to be for me!

I'll be back!!

Everything went beautifully during my stay. The people who work there (with the exception of one person at the front desk when I checked in) were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. I needed the engineers to come because the heat wasn't working properly. They tried for a long time, but brought a space heater to fix the issue. Gina, the housekeeper is personable and efficient.
