The biggest downfall to this hotel is the noise. I got the premium king bedroom. And I heard the other people in the room as if they were in the same room. Almost felt like I had to keep quiet because they would hear my conversation, very weird and inconvenient. Also, the slamming of doors can and will keep you up. Super noisy and for that, I would not go back to this hotel.

The management is horrible. However, the place itself was clean & the room was fine. I had requested (and confirmed) that we needed a refrigerator in the room. I had requested twice previous to the stay and on the final call confirmed. We arrived late at night. No refrigerator. My spouse's key malfunctioned and they would not allow him in. They refused to handle it by phone, requiring a trip down. They then asked for my ID, which was of course up in the room. They settled for me providing my contact information (all of which could have been done by phone). I found the front desk to be dishonest and unhelpful at every turn.

Great hotel and service. This hotel is in the perfect location to see the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The room was comfortable and clean. However, our first room was a connecting room and you could hear the people next door like they were in the room. The hotel was gracious about moving us to another room. Unfortunately, most of the rooms with a Broadway view are connecting rooms. We didn't mind giving up our view for the quiet.

Expensive hotel for what it is offered. I did not received any of the VIP amenities, the room description was rather flamboyant compared to the actual room. Check in process was terrible with the room not being ready until 8pm and front desk personnel trying to downgrade us to a worse room

We enjoyed the hotel- the room was clean and nice. Beautiful facility - friendly staff. My only issue was the fact that we were locked out of our room before the check-out time. We had to go down to the main desk twice to have our key reinstated. It was an inconvenience.
