Great location and straight-forward hotel
Great location near Grand Central. Very basic - in a good way, no fancy lobby, no restaurant, no gym, etc. But you don't need it in NYC for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel . Hotel was very clean and well kept . Room was a little bit on the small side but was very good . Staff are very pleasant and always able to assist . Nice location . Amenities are very limmited but the neighbour had everything you might need in a short walking distance . Highly suggest this hotel .

Fabulous location-comfortable room, exceptionally clean, staff helpful and personable. Coffee on floor 27 delicious!!! I was celebrating a birthday for a friend from out of town. She loved every second of our 2 night stay!!!! We were close to Radio City Music Hall and saw the Rockettes-a first for my friend and not the last!!!!!

This hotel was nice and small. The room was clean with everything you would normally find in a hotel room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when we needed to store our luggage after checking out. I would recommend this place and return to it if I’m ever back in NYC.

Hotel in Need of A Makeover
The location near Grand Central Station is convenient, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of upgrades and amenities. For the price (which was nearly $400 per night per room), we should have at least had a mini fridge and better storage. Daily maid service was missing, too. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, but their kindness didn't make up for the dated decor in both the rooms and common areas. The only nice amenity in the building is a 27th floor lounge. However, despite its welcoming atmosphere, there is nothing to do up there if you don't bring your own food, drinks, and entertainment. There is a singular coffee machine, but no access to any other drinks, food or pastimes. Again, a hotel which would benefit from a makeover.
