Great time in NYC!

The location is excellent for Broadway shows, right off Time Square and incredible selection of food options. The staff were so helpful and nice. Even had me laughing a time or two. I appreciate the Google Cast option as I don't usually watch regular tv.

Wi-fi unsecure. No Wi-Fi password was provided. Didn’t feel comfortable using unsecure network. Room was very small and the bathroom was inconveniently small. No space for personal belongings or toiletries. One particular maintenance or housekeeping, staff, I don’t know which who had to bring me an iron because the one in the room wasn’t functioning couldn’t muster more distain than he displayed, basically accused me of being too stupid to know how to operate an iron.. Never again. At $750 a night you would expect to be treated with civility.

Bathrooms are way too small. The only thing that woke us up early in the morning were the cleaning people talking loud to each other. I think we were by the supply room. I do want to say they were very nice people and did a great job cleaning. One woman that Checked me out was rude when I asked questions. She was very sarcastic. I felt that after paying 595.00 a room I deserved better than her treatment.

The parking attendants/bellhops were extremely helpful with our bags and helping us find self parking right down the block. Front desk staff quick, efficient and friendly. Rooms beautiful with free wine, snacks and water. Bathroom tiny but to be expected in NYC by Times Square. Literally everything's you needed was there or nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

The location was perfect and the breakfast vouchers were great to have. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful and others were not. We had a coffee maker in the room but no cups. It felt very safe with security at the door 24/7. Overall a wonderful stay for 4 days.

This was our first trip to nyc and staying at the Hotel Edison was a great choice. Location was perfect and staff were all very nice and helpful. Available parking across the street was also great. We would definitely stay here again.
