I stayed at Edison for 4 nights. The standard rooms are small but good enough for solo travelers or couple. The location is amazing, right by Times Square hence saves a lot in terms of expenses. Everything is close. I will definitely go back the next time I stay in Times Square.

The hotel is older and the room was small as was the bathroom. The toilet and sink were in the same room. There was not a lot of room for changing clothes. There were few outlets for charging devices. However, the room was clean. The hotel provided very nice, large bath towels as well as hand towels. The beds were pillow top and comfortable and the pillows were comfortable. Also, the location was excellent. We were in Times Square. Many things were within walking distance. The hotel is next door to the Barrymore Theatre. Our beds and towels were changed and trash removed daily (we were there 4 nights). The woman who checked us in never once smiled; however, other staff whom we encountered were very nice and friendly. Also, the breakfast was good. It was a croissant or a piece of fruit, a breakfast sandwich or yogurt, and juice or coffee. It was pretty tasty. The food was from a restaurant in the hotel.

The location was great, especially for theater-goers. The rooms were okay. The A/C didn’t work the first night but it was promptly repaired on the second day. The bathroom left much to be desired. Tip: use the breakfast voucher at Carve, down the street; the options are much better. Staff was kind.

The facility is well located but is very old and no longer keeps up with modern trends, the AC inside the room is old and very loud. It can wake you up everytime it turns on during the night and the personnel (with lots of exceptions) can be rude, for example, my wife was waiting for me to pick the car from the 3rd party garage on the opposite side of the hotel before offloading our luggage from the Hotels's bell cart while in the process she was bullied by the hotel staff member that was holding the bell cart for no reason as nobody else was waiting for it. I took around 16 mins to get my car since garage was really busy and there was some traffic to get round the block since there is no way to park a car in the surroundings of the Hotel, which should be a familiar circumstance for the hotel staff.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel’s location is ideal, especially if you want to be close to the subway, restaurants, and theatres. So much to do in the area! The room was super clean and got tidied up every day. Staff were helpful, and the grab-and-go breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommend!

This hotel’s location is unbeatable. Lots of things to do around the hotel and prime location if you plan on watching lots of broadway shows. The staff was friendly. The rooms was super clean upon arrival, the housekeeping during the stay was fine not amazing.

The hotel is at a prime location, but that comes with a cost: noise. The lower floors are very noisy; earplugs are recommended 😁 . The grab and go breakfast is meh, Carve down the block is much better. There was an issue with the heater in our first room and the hotel gracefully exchanged us to a higher floor room.
