The room service option was deceptive: they basically ask you to order from outside restaurants and they would tell you when the delivery person was at the front desk. Also, the ADA bathroom did not work properly.

One of our rooms smelled like a dead animal, the issue was eventually resolved. We were not contacted to tell us the room was ready, we only found out when we decided to return to hotel. Some of the Front desk staff seemed like they had no clue what was going on. We had 2 rooms, 1 room was reserved for one night and the 2nd room was reserved for 2 nights. My husband kept getting a call from front desk saying we needed to check out of both rooms. Also had housekeeping trying to come in despite do not disturb sign. Very inconvenient, after talking in circles for 15 minutes, it was straightened out.

Lovely location. Well decorated. Cleaners were well below standard. Floors never cleaned, had a dirty fork on the floor when we arrived and was still there when we left.

This hotel is perfect walking distance to time square, Central Park, and many more. The staff was very nice and check in was easy. The room was spacious for a New York hotel. The restaurant that is in the hotel was closed both nights for a private event.

Where should I start?! The rooms are tiny tiny. If you bring more than one suitcase you have no space to walk. Turn sideways just to get past the bed. Pictures make them look so much bigger. Also, the cleaners don’t even start u til 5 pm. We stayed there for a week and it was impossible to get our room cleaned. They also have a bar… with 3 stools. So the lobby that’s 10ftx10ft is always packed. And at night time when the cleaners finally start, they open up the rooftop bar to parties so good luck getting the elevator anytime soon. Felt like I was waiting in a sardine can the entire week we stayed. Very disappointed for the money we spent. I will not be returning to this hotel
