rooms would not lack terrible service. They didn’t accommodate nobody was still checking people in was not notifying them that their rooms would not lock from the inside or the outside everybody’s safety was at risk and they did not care.

Room could use an upgrade
The hotel was clean. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean. Although the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. Bathroom door looked worn out and the shower head was messed up. The water also didn't get too hot (maybe it was done for others safety). Another thing that worried me was the connecting door to the adjacent room, the doorknob felt a little loose. Overall, it was a decent stay for the night.

We waited too long to make a hotel reservation for New Year's Eve, and the only hotel that we could find was Hotel MOCA NYC. We were hesitant to book it because the rating was so low, but we figured it was just for one night. To our happy surprise, the hotel was very acceptable; clean, plenty of hot water, thermostat controllable from the room, and everything in good repair. The #1 subway was just a five minute walk away. It wasn't fancy, but it was sufficient for our purposes.

We booked a bedroom with two double beds because I was traveling alone with 2 kids when we arrived we said they didn't have any bedroom with two beds so we need to be in two different bedrooms no other options. In Both bedrooms the shower didn't work, the windows were broken, terrible manteniance and dirty.

Decent hotel
This is an average hotel. When I went to check-in I saw they had short stay rates which surprised me such as for 2 hours, 4 hrs etc.
