The shower handle was broken I had to use my hand and turn the nut that on holds the handle together to turn the shower on, at least 2 times a day I had to go get my key card reset. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Was a bad bed. The view was beautiful from the balcony and that is the reason it’s not getting rated terrible

The only complaint i had was that the floor needed sweeping before i checked in. I saw staff cleaning the passage ways and the lift while i was thwre and my bed and bathroom were clean so perhaps it was an oversight. The room was comfortable and u felt very safe. The cost was extremely reasonable and would stay here again

Nothing about stay was good. Door lock broken, no hot water the whole stay. It I did not have family to attend. We would have left. It look and felt like sex for sale. Finally someone in another room had access to change our tv channels. Trust me this one and done I would never here again

This hotel was great for my husband and I to do a quick visit to NYC. Close to two different subway stops and relatively quiet. The room smelled a little smoky but luckily the windows could be opened for fresh air. Next time we will upgrade on a slightly nicer spot

Hotel stunk of dirty mop water and marijuana throughout, beds where in poor condition and the heat didn’t work in the rooms.

Clean room. High floor with nice views. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs since noise from neighboring rooms is audible.
