Smoke smell in room had to change rooms. Second room floor was sticky throughout. Bathroom shower design was so dangerous no separation between shower and rest of bathroom which made water go everywhere and the floor incredibly slippery. It’s amazing I didn’t slip and break a hip

The property itself is fine. The staff was very nice and the bedding and such is clean. The two drawbacks were (i) the immediate area, which has a bit of an abandoned, urban vibe, and (ii) the cleaning products used in the bathrooms. The cleaning products had a strange smell.

Property were not flexible or accomodating. We reserved two rooms as a family and were placed on different floors. We requested a move to be closer to each other or at least on the same floor. Our requests were ignored. We will definitely not be coming back here.

We stayed here to attend a Mets game and the US Open. It is a 25 minute walk to both facilities. The room was ok but a little tired. The staff was professional and helpful

This was the most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Over $900 for 1 night. Absolutely no amenities, not even coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was dirty & smelled. Won’t be returning

The property itself and staff was good. Beds comfortable and the room was clean. The room however small for 4 people. I had no idea it was in China town; a very crowded China town so driving will be a headache and walking around a bigger headache at night. Not many food options in the area.

When I checked in, they told me they are overbooked, and they never send any notice to me! They didn’t give me any solution for this! And when I reached out other hotel, I saw two guests checked in successfully after me!

The hotel is very close to everything in Flushing. However, I found a small bug in the hotel room and the room was so hot at 68 degrees F. Along with that, the housekeeping took forever to get to my room to clean up.
