Very good overall! Only reason why it wasn't 5 stars is because some parts of the room were janky. We had to ask for a fridge and had to find a place to place it. The bathroom was also missing one glass panel for the shower. Hair dryer was broken. But would still recommend!

Stay was decent, had gotten an “upgraded” room but shower door was missing, heater wasn’t working properly either. I got charged 980 instead of 680 , was told it was a security deposit which wasn’t listed on the hotel.com site and I don’t know when I’ll be getting that back or if but besides that, everything was cool.

The View Is Amazing!!
This property is very close to the airport. It is located in the heart of China Town. They do have rooms of balconies, but unfortunately, I missed out on that, but they also have a nice balcony that you can sit out locate it next 2, the fitness channel and it is an amazing view of New York City. Our room was the city view king and it had a beautiful view to the point that whether it was morning time or night, you just want to keep your window open. The bathroom is a great size, especially for 2 people or 3 and the room. Itself has a lot of space. They also have a parking area located next to the hotel, and they also have valet. The staff was great and friendly. Everyone was very nice and also made sure that our room was clean everyday without axing, which was a great perk, because sometimes I have to access other hotel chains, but this hotel had it unpacked. All in all, this is a great hotel experience in New York. And for the price you couldn't beat it. I highly recommend this place and I'm very particular about places. I save due to the fact that my skin is very sensitive and I don't like standing any places that have a lot of dust or look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. This hotel was a 5 star in cleanliness for me and also in customer surgeries. And I will stay here again when I do visit to do any type of work in New York.

Breakfast was lack luster you had a choice of two options and each option contained only scrambled eggs. The difference in the options was bacon or sausage. If there was more variety it would have been better. I did like that there was parking on site although I had to pay for it but I get it I was in queens.

Not a 4 stars rating hotel. Bathroom's shower is missing a glass door from one side. Staff is friendly but the hotel condition doesn't worth the price almost $500 a night. The hotel restaurant was under the construction during our stay but coffee cost almost $5 to pay. Will not stay again.
