Super small king room

Lovely lobby and friendly staff. Super small room on top floor with a king bed and pocket door to the bathroom (which was right next to the side of the bed). It’s NYC, so small is normal. My husband had a conference call for work, and they don’t have a business center, and there was no desk/chair in our room, so he had to take the work call in the very loud lobby (fyi, in case you have to do any work). They do charge an extra $200/night, which is refundable in 7-10 days if there is no damage to your room. The location is nice for Williamsburg BK.

Comfy and Relaxing Stay!

The hotel was in a great location. Clean and extra comfy. We slept until the afternoon after a long night out and spent the day relaxing. The on site restaurant The Continent was a great vibe and good food. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff!

2 night business trip with 5 people and lots of luggage. The staff here were excellent handling the large amount of baggage we needed to store and have regular access to during our stay. The rooms were comfy and well equipped - cool lighting fixtures in the ceiling and really nice showers. One of our group got sick and reception staff helped with local pharmacy recommendations and gave us complimentary water. Breakfast was great and the lobby is a nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. I felt really safe here and would definitely book again if travelling/working in the area.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Indigo. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. The parking garage next to the hotel was very convenient. Would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to staying here again.

The staff were amazing and the room was nice, but the destination fee was not justifiable. $35 per night for the ability to use amenities such as "free" WiFi, "complementary" tea and coffee, the gym (which was not used), the pool (which was closed), international calls (it's 2025 - WiFi calling and inclusive roaming are standard on mobile plans) and room service (for which a service charge is added). I've travelled the world and have never had to pay such a ridiculous charge for services that are supposed to be free, are unavailable, are unused or are already charged for. Considering that there are useful services missing such as automatic doors to enable you to enter the building with luggage, or even support to get luggage to my room. I had 5 bags and a young child, no help was offered to get our bags in/out of the hotel or room. This was not a good provision of service at all.

I travel quite a bit for work and this was quite easily the worst stay at a hotel in a long time. The front desk staff is rude, there’s a hidden deposit fee/per night— in addition to an already overpriced room and hotel tax. The room itself was absolutely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Surfaces in the room were stained, as were the floors. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because of the conditions. You’re better off getting an Airbnb.
