the terrace is actually a 2x2 sq ft balcony. bathrobes are NOT provided as promised. the flat screen tv does have cable but prohibits you from using attachments ie: fire stick. so not a fan because i actually like using the tv. the fridge also can’t hold anything other then a few bottles. very tiny property was clean though. also like the complimentary coffee

Expedia reserved at one price but had to adjust as check-in as they had a different rate. Respectfully did so when showed proof. Room not ready even though 2 hours after check-in. Nicely offered to keep luggage until after dinner. Pillows in room were terrible & hallway very noisy. Room clean & updated. Nice location to food are blocks away.

Had a great stay. So much cheaper than Manhattan and just a few subway stops away. Clean and quiet room. Loved the updated bathroom. Everything I could ask for in the room. Friendly staff.

This hotel definitely looks better on camera than in real life. For the amount paid for one night in this hotel, it should have had 4 to 5 star value. Room was okay but view was lacking as my booking stated I would have a Manhattan view. However my view was the back of a U-haul yard. The biggest issue was that I called just to find out what the cancellation policy was and despite not actually canceling, when I arrived they stated they canceled my reservation because they thought I wanted to actually cancel when I originally reached out to them. Not sure how asking a question leads to a cancellation. Wouldn’t stay here again, sorry Le Blue not cutting it for me
