Great location near Times Square and some nice restaurants and bars. There is NO water to drink. Anywhere. No vending machines. I tried calling the front desk at 2am and no one answered. I went down to the desk and no one was there. No stores near by to grab food or beverages for room. Just come Prepared.

Disappointing Cleanliness, Average Service

I recently stayed at Aura Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the staff was polite and generally helpful, the state of the room left much to be desired. Upon entering, I immediately noticed a coffee stain on the nightstand that had clearly not been wiped down. The bathroom was even worse—there was hair in the bathtub, which made me question how thoroughly it had been cleaned. Dust was visible on multiple surfaces, making the room feel neglected rather than fresh and welcoming. I would not stay here again unless I was certain they had improved their cleaning practices.

The property had a great location for all the activities we did while visiting NYC. This was a central location for all our activities. We also really enjoyed visiting Bryant Park. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and found the front desk helpful.
