Does a better job than most hotels in this price range and area. Rooms are a good size, clean, fresh and comfortable. Elevators work well and the location is convenient for both business and vacation. i will stay again.

Nice clean hotel.. looks to be newly renovated.. basic decor but fresh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The only issue was the heat /ac was not able to really be controlled by the room thermostat. Got a little warm at night.

the staff was so friendly especially Carlos! 10/10 for the staff. easy check in & check out. the remodel is very modern & nice. unfortunately we had noticed several bugs in our room. after the first night there we looked at the window closer & noticed it was slightly cracked opened. we tried to close it but it wouldn’t budge. assuming the bugs may have came through there. the description says soundproof, but it definitely was not at least to the outside noise & the hotel doors slamming shut. difficult to sleep with the loud city noise. so those are the reasons why i docked one star. room & bedding was nice. smaller bathroom & tiny bathroom counter which i’m sure is a NYC thing. it’s in a very convenient area. walkable to most places & most importantly the subway. they also have a luggage storage for your luggage if you have a later flight which is nice. overall a decent experience

Great location for Broadway shows!
This hotel is small but mighty! I was looking for something close to the theaters where we had show tickets. It is just half a block off Time Square, so super location if that's what you are looking for. The rooms are small, but very efficiently designed and very clean. Service was great - they will store your bags for you before and after you check in/out. Short walk to Penn Station. Taxi from LGA was about $94 (with 20% tip).

The hotel itself was fine, especially considering it was in Midtown. I did anticipate it would not be quiet since it was near Times Square. But wow it was so noisy outside until around 2:00am.
