Great location so near to Times Square but far enough from hustle and bustle. A fridge that you didn’t need to pay to hire would be good as most hotels we have used in US seem to provide this. Also coffee/tea/milk not refille

No ice bucket. Room phone was connected to nothing. If you needed something, you had to go to front desk. They delivered trash bags but did not put them in the baskets. I don’t go on vacation to do housekeeping. Front door staff was extremely helpful.

Just a quick overnight but loved my stay here. The room was newly redone and felt very chic and luxurious. Was a pleasure to lounge around on the comfortable bed and good lighting.
