I paid for cancelation Insurance. Was later informed i would not be allowed to cancel my reservation because the alloted time was exceeded. I book the room because my flight was delayed. Luckily I was able to pick up a different flight in the same evening. Unfortunately, expedia needs to be more transparent with its cancelation policies. Sadly I am now rating the hotel and not expedia itself.

I had the worst stay in a hotel I have no words to describe what I experienced there is nothing good before you check in you have to take a long time there is no waiting room there is no restaurant you can eat there is not even a key to open wine and what killed me the sheets they put on the bed were really dirty it smelled of smoke if you need to regret your money you put it there for 2 3 days and the staff have no respect for customers

The picture are deceving and was not what was expecting at all. No parking available and very noisy at early hours of the morning between 2am-4am Will not recommend this property. Not to mention had to give a $10.00 deposit for the tv remote.

I should have known as soon as I seen the plexiglass that the place was sketchy. The bathroom door had blood on it and the room wasn’t the cleanest. However, it was a place to lay down our heads. The primary issue is I think this place rents out rooms hourly because every hour staff was knocking on the door across from us yelling at someone to leave. The walls are very thin so I could hear the entire conversation. Staff knocked on the door every hour until 5:30am asking the guest to leave and the guest was getting upset screaming. It was scary and bothersome. I could not sleep due to the loud noise.

Not great
Run down and grotty. Very noisy and and no sound proofing. Workers banged on my door 30 mins after we checked in after a long flight asking us to move room as they had put us in the wrong room. Not worth the £200 I had to pay given the state of premises and the area.
