QUAINT OASIS
Right from the door the service was excellent and efficient. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the location and all the ethnic restaurants in the area. It was nice to have the use of the breakfast room during the day to have a rest between shopping and shows.

The location is amazing, this worth the cost. However the building itself is just okay. Air conditioning and heating is either on or off for the whole building. This our room was pretty warm, even with windows open. They should not be allowed to advertise free breakfast. It was coffee, juice, and toast. Staff was nice and friendly.

Great hotel, great location to just about anything we wanted to go to. Friendly staff. Only knock is it can get really cold in the room and bathroom because of the windows. Would stay again!

Good location and customer service was very good. Our room temperature was uncontrollable. The thermostat did not seem to work. We had to keep the window open to cool down the room. You should offer more choices for breakfast. It was very limited for the price.

Great staff, perfect location
The hotel staff at this place is excellent. No, we didn’t have any issues, just needed some hot water for tea after we came back too late after doing all the sightseeing and shopping. The location is perfect. Walking distance to most major attractions. Paid parking is immediately across a narrow street, very convenient. Room is cozy and comfortable. Very pleased with our stay.

Nice little gem
Great location, small elevator is about the only downside not really even worth mentioning. Excellent 2nd floor lounge with complimentary beverages served all day. Subway access steps from the front door. Macy's is three blocks away. Hot water takes a minute, so if you're not patient, you won't get a hot shower. Bathroom is very large, especially for NYC. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was great! The staff were friendly and accommodating, they were so helpful even when we arrived at 6am and left at 3am- they had a smile on their faces. Would recommend and be back again, the location was great- so close to everything. We walked from the hotel to the Hudson Yards to the Plaza to the Harry Potter store- great location!
