Fridge in room! (This is great for insulin users) Very clean. Not a lot of options nearby for food, toilet paper (they will not give you another roll!), etc. but Seamless delivers there. A ouple of crazy overpriced and understocked vending machines downstairs but there are tables there where you can eat your own food, & a microwave. Good value overall, would stay again.

When you’re in desperate need of a room

Good if you’re desperate for a place to sleep. Really rough area of Queens. The bedding is decent but the floor could use a good mopping. The cleaning ladies are banging and clanging at 7am making it hard to sleep in. The area around the property isn’t good, it’s run down and it’s a far walk to the metro station. Stayed for one night and got an air bnb instead of extending my stay.

My husband and I didn’t like this hotel. Bed sheets were cheap blankets had hair stuck in it. we only got 2 small bed pillows for a king size bed. We sleep uncomfortably all night. We would not recommend.

Room: Hair in the towels, dirty toilet. Area: Construction everywhere so dust everywhere Staff: The Indian dude at the reception will demand cash for the "security deposit" but he didn't ask the white woman before us for a security deposit. I guess he asked us because we are Asians. When we checked out, the women at the reception didn't even ask if we paid the security deposit. I am assuming they do that to everyone, hoping that whoever paid for their security deposit will forget about it so they can pocket the money. Do not get scammed by these guys and do not stay here. They also asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation with Expedia so they can get us a better price if we pay in cash. Conveniently they have an ATM machine at the hotel where they will tell you to take out cash. Do not "redeem" their offer guys, otherwise I will ask you "why did you redeem it".

The cleaning lady had to let me in my room because my key stopped working. The staff weren't very thorough but it turned out ok. Room was very clean and basic. Bed, bathroom and tv. Would definitely stay there again.

Yikes!

Signs informing guests of personal & valuables safety practices needed while on premises; the hotel itself smelled very off putting; the poor front desk person is locked in a plexi glass room at the entrance; the room looked ok but the bed was covered in plastic - we left immediately. Still waiting on a refund, we will see if that’ll happen. Would not recommend trying this place!

This property was nice and clean however, the bed was very uncomfortable and they only had 2 flat little pillows. Not the most comfortable night, but also not the worst.

The room weren’t very well cleaned. The fridge was empty not even a bottle of was there. No hand soap in the bathroom and body wash (specifically for people who might have time or forget to bring their own) and the towels were not clean. For better hygiene towels out to changed every time someone sleeps in a room. The room was small for its price and there was no chair to sit on in the room. The dining room was dirty as well as the microwaves.
