Just, NO. Staff was the surprising bright spot here. New airport van. All else average to below. There are nice Quality Inns. This isn't one of them.

This place is a shelter for the homeless. Do not go there . I didn’t stay here when I heard I had to be in a hotel that rented out to the City to shelter the homeless. I left and took my business to the Hampton and they ensure me they are not apart of that program. This property should be remove from your site.

I enjoyed my one night stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower water temperature was perfect. The tv channels were easy to navigate once i found the guide. The one minir downside was that there are steps just after the check in desk and after flying solo for for 7 hours, it was daunting to know that the had to carry my heavy bags down the steps (it was maybe 4-6 steps). The shuttle assisted me with one bag, for which i was thankful. Otherwise, i enjoyed my visit and will consider this hotel again.

A+ for affordability, the staff and VIP shuttle
I recommend a stay at Quality Inn for anyone passing through JFK that needs a good rest. The room is small but had everything I needed including a fridge, coffee maker and king size bed. Burger King, 7-11, a liquor store and restaurant are within walking distance. The airport shuttle was reliable with an awesome driver. The vehicle being used is a Mercedes shuttle bus with leather interior that is VIP. I recommend the hotel put some marking or signage that lets people know it’s a Quality Inn shuttle because this vehicle far exceeds expectations and could create confusion and/or suspicion for solo travelers. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant. It was perfect. Great job!!

Kind of a Low-Quality Inn, even for an airport hotel, if you ask me! The staff did their best to be helpful, and the bed was quite comfortable. But this is a loooong way from a luxury or even business class hotel.

This hotel does not deserve any star. I booked a room for my parents for a 1 night stay and they had a horrible experience. First parking is not free. They charge my mom $25 to park in the lot. This was not mentioned on Expedia. There was no lock on the door, my parents had to use a table and chairs to secure the door.The rooms were filthy. Looks like poop was smeared on the walls and drawings all over. The mirror, floors and bathroom was absolutely disgusting!!!! Do not book here!!!

We stayed here for one night upon arrival at JFK quite late in the night to catch some sleep before we hit the road to continue with our journey. All we needed was a bed, clean bathroom and a night's sleep. I think we got just that here. The hotel is trying hard to please the guests. The breakfast is ok and we didn't expect a full buffet. There is sufficient parking and with CCTV it feels safe. With the proximity to JFK a short drive away, it is perfect to not break the bank for one night's sleep. Now to the areas for improvement. The property is a little old and the sound proofing between the rooms and hallways is very poor. There was a lot of loud people in the hallway talking ever so loud just outside rooms that guests are sleeping in. I think they should encourage guests to respect the right of other guests to a quiet night and keep conversations in the lobby or just not shout. There was someone playing loud music on their phone along the hallway. Basically it felt like there were some very self centered / selfish guests / staff. Overall, I would stay here again for the one night before or after a flight from JFK which is not something I've said to other airport hotels in the past, so well done but pls try to improve on the areas highlighted. thanks..
