Great location and very friendly staff. Rooms are so spacious and very clean. The woman from housekeeping on my floor was very sweet and professional, as in the entire staff. I've stayed here a few times and have recommended it to many people. One thing I'd love to know is what the scent is in your lobby - it smells so good I want to replicate it in my home!

I’m extremely picky with where we stay bc I have ocd… ok and anxiety…. I researched weeks to decide on this one. It had a long bed room with option for rollaway bed for our teen. They had it all ready to go for us! We were in corner room overlooking Times Square and it was so fun!!! This was our first time in nyc and regret nothing about staying here. I loved that there’s always a security guard in front of the elevators, I felt very safe. I asked for several things such as a trash bag (for dirty clothes) and extra waters (yes they give you bottles of water), and never once did I feel like a bother! The bedding was very clean, no signs of bedbugs (one of my biggest ocd fear). Awesome shower with rain shower was nice. Loved location being close to Bryant park and also Carmine’s. They also held our luggage first day when we arrived so we could go explore nyc!!
