Every single staff member in this hotel was so nice! It’s a smaller hotel, the rooms are comfortably large by NYC standards, beds are comfy, but the staff makes it! Nice bar to hang out in before going out for the evening. I definitely will stay here again.

Had a great stay, clean room and great view from the rooftop. All the staff were amazing, especially the concierge!! We had an amazing stay because of them, they were so welcoming and kind. Always going out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our time. Would easily book here again! Very central as well, in between upper east side and downtown!

Hotel was good and location very convenient. However, walls are very thin, so if you’re unlucky like we were the first few nights, you might be kept up through the night due to noise levels from other guests.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it was impossible to keep the room at a level temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Never had this issue anywhere else.
