The hotel is not really at the airport; however, it's a short drive and the shuttle is free. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the neighborhood is very vibrant and noisy! I was grateful for the blackout drapes. The room was quite large and comfortable, although not super modern.

It is located at center of China Town in Flushing, and located where all the good Chinese restaurant are, and you could drive to near by for other restaurant. Also their breakfast is better than other hotels near by (other hotels had contractor for breakfast, and they were terrible and not eatable), but here you could actually eat.

I was surprised at the parking arrangement with a third party and the cost for parking which was not clearly advertised on website. Parking location was not clearly outlined online. Room floor had a number of dirty spots. I never imagine that a Hyatts hotel would be so uninviting

The hotel is 3 minutes walk to train station and they provide shuttle buses to and from the airport. It is surrounded by restaurants and bakeries. The room is spacious in New York. Customer service is superb. I left my jacket in the room after checkout. Thanks Jefferson, he addressed my issue and got my jacket back right away. We will stay here next time in New York.
