I stayed for my birthday trip what I liked the most we was in Manhattan so most places was walkable. It was quiet at night I slept very well. When I arrived I had an issue with my reservation I booked online with Expedia but when I got there the nice lady helped me so I was able to get the same room the price was only $7 difference. Overall it was a good stay.

I’m a frequent traveler and has stayed in variety of hotels, from Comfort Inn to Ritz-Carlton. This place is not definitely 4 stars, at most a 2.5 stars. The room is extremely small and dirty, found hairs in bathroom and bed sheets with stain. Bath towels were old and thin. The room has some musty smell and carpet is old and dirty, white socks became dirty after walking in the room. There was a very rude security guy name David walking around the lobby and telling people to get out of his way. The breakfast buffet was terrible. I would not stay here again.

Well cant check in before 3 pm. So keep waiting if reach earlier. Room is small. Not even water to drink. Location is good. Very central and close to everything.
