We requested a towel for my son and we waited and waited and waited and nobody came to deliver until we checked out!!!!!!!No trash can except in the bathroom.Please do better next time.Never again!You lost a client and recommendation.

Hotel is in a great location near Times Square and Penn Station. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them (without exception!). The hotel itself was super busy with guests but the staff seamlessly kept everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Our room was perfect and very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle in the lobby. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Highly recommend this Hyatt Place and we’ll be back!

Staff was nice , but when asked how far something was didn’t no , they won’t call cab for you so I had figure that out myself witch if you download app for taxi service (Curb) was easy use an new cost before ever get in cab , back hotel was excellent clean ,room was small we made it work .breakfast was good did get busy at time ,elevator only 4 they took time get up down not to bad overall was great place stay

The property is walking distance from Port Authority. Very easy to navigate. The hotel is clean, even if the room is small its still good for New York standard. The food is great, they have different selections and big place to seat down for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and professional. Definitely will stay in this hotel when I'm in New York. They also have a luggage storage that is a plus if you need to go around the city without your suitcase. Thanks alot Hyatt Place!

Hotel overall was good, I wasn’t happy we only got housekeeping one day, had to call and ask for them to come and provide clean towels and take trash out. The lobby restaurant had great service and good food. The hotel area isn’t the best, it’s dirty, loud and at times felt unsafe.
