Rooms too small

Rooms far too small for 2 adults and a child - there’s nowhere to put your suitcases. We were having to climb over each other to go to the toilet. We had to call out the engineer to come unblock the toilet. The bed hadn’t been made up and not enough bedding in the room for the spare bed. Breakfast was ok but the dining room was far too busy even when we went at the time advised for it not to be busy. …….i just don’t feel this hotel is a relaxing stay - worst Hyatt hotel I have ever stayed in.

We could not control the temperature in the room. It was very hot, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. We both ended up with rashes after spending the one night. It appears the rash could have been caused from the sheets not being cleaned properly. It took several days for the rashes to go away. It was a short walk to MSG and the train station, which made the location convenient for us.
