Old, tired and expensive.
Reception staff blunt and unfriendly. Breakfast is included but limited, items which should be warm were bordering cold and food choices were cheap quality. Room is tired, mattress old and worn, sofa bed dirty, marks everywhere, didnt feel overly clean. Location was good and prices were extremely high (as they are across NY)
