Okay but not fabulous

Listed as a king-sized bed but was not that big. Shared the room with my adult daughter and we didn’t want to cuddle so it was barely big enough. Breakfast was disappointing. Scrambled eggs were very dry and lacking in flavor. Shower was great, really good water pressure and easy temperature adjustment.

Josh and Jason were incredible

We were there with our kids. Jason and Josh were the best I have ever seen. They did TikTok videos with our kids. They were welcoming and genuine. I am District Manager and I would suggest using them as a standard for your team’s customer interactions. We would stay at this location again just based on how amazing they were. Hyatt palace Midtown South was the perfect stay for our family vacay. It was walking distance to Times Square & subway & shopping. The breakfast was good! The only negative was the small rooms. I will be back

It was a stay for only 1 night. It was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The manager Mr. Davis Rivas was very pleasant and knowledgeable in assisting will my needs. The breakfast was amazing .The wait staff there were wonderful with keeping all the food stocked and areas clean I will come back again.
