Hotel was a great location. We went for a high floor so street noise wasnt to bad. Room was lovely, breakfast was really good, we ate there all days but one. Shower wasnt the best, not overly powerful and not very warm on a morning. Other than that could not fault it, we would definitely stay there again

Great stay at the Hyatt

I found the front desk staff to be very helpful! Room was nice, big for NYC standards, and bed was comfortable! Hotel was in a good location, close to shopping, theatre district, buses snd subway. The free breakfast was a nice perk too

The lacation was perfect, just few steps from the subway, Macy's one blk only, in the heart of Manhattan. Quiet and spacious room, marvelous views from Empire State!

We loved having a mini fridge in the room and if we needed a microwave, one was available (24/7) in the breakfast area. Also liked that Target grocery and subway platforms are only a few blocks away. We stayed in room 2304 and the view was OK, but you could only see the bottom half of the Empire State Building unless you got very close to the window. From the 26th floor observation deck we could see that the view the other side of the hotel may be better than those towards the ESB. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Our only complaint is the banging noise coming from the top of the elevator shaft that could be heard on higher floors.

The hotel is the perfect location. For hotels that included breakfast this is the best i have seen. Real glasses and coffee mugs, not plastic, lots of choices for breakfast daily. Most others have restrictions on what you can have. Clean as well.
