Pros: clean, conveniently located, responsive management team when issues were brought to their attention Cons: hot water issues, elevator broken causing extremely long wait times (had to use the stairs to/from the 17th floor), very small rooms Overall I would say that although this is rated a 4 star hotel, it is more like a 3 star hotel.

Had no heat in my room during my stay and the elevator situation is brutal. You need to plan to wait for elevators for at least 15-20 minutes each time. One elevator was also out of service on our second, third, and forth day which made it even worse. Otherwise the rooms are nice and the front desk staff are nice.

My stay was quite pleasant. Whats most impressive is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The rooms are well kept and modern, but the bathroom is hobbit size and I question rather or not the bed is king size. The hotel is in a great location and our room actually had a clear view of the Empire State Building. Id recommend this hotel for someone traveling solo but not a couple

Even though it was in a corner, it was still really nice and it stood out. The view at night time was also really pretty and the staff were really helpful. I’ll actually come back again

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place the view from my room was very nice i would say that’s my favorite part about The Hyatt Place. However I did not like the elevators they were very slow and everyone would bunch in because it seemed like only one would work. One time I had to take the stair from the 24th floor due to the wait for the elevator.
