Very clean and modern. Convenient location for airport persons in transit as i was. There is no shuttle service provided and you must arrange transportation if going to any location outside of the hotel if you do not have a car.

My hotel experience was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Came to town for a memorial service and needed to check in earlier than 4pm and the staff accommodate me. Sugar factory restaurant experience was amazing.

Staff was very helpful at checking in.I stayed there 3 nights and no came to tidy the room,although I asked for them to take out the trash. We went out and came back and room was still the same.No soap at sink to wash hands, but the morning guy give us clean towels every day.

Everything was very nice I was very pleased with my room I didn't wake up with her stuffy nose nor coughing through the night the casino was a plus but the payout was terrible I will return though mainly for the hotel stay

This was my second time staying at the property. I was in town for the races. I own a small piece of a racehorse who ran at Aqueduct on Saturday. I flew into JFK which is very conveniently located near your hotel. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone interested in the races. I did not leave the complex during my stay. I was especially fond of my meal at RW Prime.
