Location was great, easy access to subway, the East River. The service to the rooms was a bit disappointing. One day it was almost 5pm and they had yet to come and service the room. Then we called on Sunday and they said that they only service rooms that are for check out on Sundays.

Hotel Indigo is a good choice in the Financial District if your room is around 200 USD or less. It's better than many others in this price bracket but still feels a bit of an unfriendly place like so many NY hotels do.
