Nice clean and handsome
Well located hotel near Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Modern clean rooms, easy check in. Rooms are a bit small in NYC tradition. There are multiple restaurants on site, nice bar. Attached event space is also quite attractive.

Everything was wonderful except the shower. The shower head would not stay in place so we had to literally hold the shower head while we showered. All it takes is for someone to routinely check the rooms for items in ill repair, but, evidently, they don't. Nor do the maid report issues, as they should do.
