Fantastic location with Times Square and Broadway literally one block away. Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Can't recommend the location and hotel anymore - brilliant 👏

Great stay, close to the train station and everything else. Fam trained into Penn St and walked to the hotel no prob. Also walked to Central Park, Time Square, and The Met without any issues. Staff was amazing! So kind and energetic. The place was clean and refreshing. Loved the rooftop for dinner appetizers and drinks. Breakfast was ok, dinner was way better and worth the cost in our opinion. Cafe in the lobby for coffee was nice. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend them!

The only real complaint I have is that the TV was lagging and occasionally it would randomly turn off. But I wasn't in New York to watch television so it was no big deal! We attended three shows and we were within a few blocks of each one an awesome location great staff would definitely stay there again

Fourth stay at Kimpton Theta. Rooms large, super comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to everything. Great roof top bar. Happy hour for guests with free red/white wine in lobby every evening. Great Thai restaurant around corner SaiTong. Close to all theatres. Will stay again when returning to NYC. Easy subway trip in from JFK.

Exercise room needs to be bigger with more equipment . Lucy on the roof deck was spectacular. Brunch not so much.. food was not hot. This was our 2nd stay in 6 months…. We will be back.
