Kixby Rocks
The staff was very friendly and the room was a great size for Manhattan. Excellent location and the best part was the shower. Water pressure was good and temp nice and hot. Also the view from the roof of the Empire State Building was spectacular. I would recommend to anyone.

This place was great for family leisure business perfect location if there’s only one downside, they need to upgrade the service in the elevators. Their keys are not worth using very complicated.

It was fine. Nothing particularly special but clean and decent. Rooms are quite small (common in NY) but were well-kept. The location was the reason we chose it and for that reason on this particular trip, it was a good choice for us. I was also pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was. We likely wouldn’t stay here again due to limited dining on-site and lack of lobby/lobby bar, etc.

Everything is Fantastic unless you want to sleep
Service is excellent. Hotel is very nice. Rooms are small but typical for Manhattan. Road noise is terrible. Cars honking all night. Woke out of a dead sleep many times every night. Not sure if it would be better on a higher floor as we were on the 2nd floor.

The location was convenient for the subway and walkable to so many things. As expected staying central downtown was loud all evening. The constant horns honking, sirens, traffic going through and people filing through. Nothing that the hotel could control. The service at the hotel was great
