I had a King bed ADA room with balcony. The view was nice and the staff were friendly. there is a parking area right in front of the entrance which made unloading and loading very easy. The room itself was very disappointing. walking in it smelled faintly like bleach which was actually comforting. The bathroom was nice and clean, but devoid of any amenities except a tiny bar of soap and 2 tiny bottles of I think shampoo and conditioner. in the room itself there were visible dirty hand prints on the wall, the carpeting and furniture didn't seem very clean. the bed was clean and comfy though. The furniture and drapes were outdated and seemed like what you'd expect from a thrift store. The TV was from 2007. the WiFi was great. the balcony was super tiny, dirty, and had nothing on it. no where to sit or anything. i would not recommend this hotel.

The air conditioner in my room was not working. When I reported it, I didn’t receive a proper response. The staff kept saying they needed to check with the manager, but they never contacted him or followed up. I stayed there for three days, and the air conditioner never worked. Eventually, I managed to get a portable unit. The only good thing was that Dutch Kills and the 36th Ave metro station were very nearby.

Booked this hotel for a long weekend stay for an event nearby. We arrived in at 2:30pm and our room wasn't ready, and neither were many others. Guessing the hold up was that our room was a double queen and they quite literally had to put a bed in the room. We didn't get keys til almost 3:30pm, but everything else went smoothly. Pros: within 4 blocks of Starbucks, Dunkin, and the Subway (7, N, F, if memory serves.) There's also a restaurant on site that's rated pretty well, but seemed pricey for the food. Quiet hotel, simple and pretty decor, elevators work, and parking was available on site. Bathrooms and floors were immaculate in our room. Was high enough that local street noise didn't wake us. Cheapest room rate we could find that wasn't a Super 8 or equivalent and was well worth it. Cons: the second queen bed was like sleeping on a stone - truly awful, the AC unit was a tube stuck into a wide open window behind curtains that let all the heat in anyway. (Had to finagle this so that the curtains tucked into the window because otherwise there was no chance the temp in the room would be manageable.) Would book this place again, but only if I could guarantee a room that has a 2nd bed not made of stone. Location was really great - lots around to get what you need. For the price, was perfectly worth the mild frustrations.

If you just need a place to spend the night, this hotel is adequate. For it being “new”, it looks a bit run down with beat up furniture. There was no WiFi. The location isn’t bad with just a few blocks to the subway.

Ehh

Hotel room was not cleaned well. One elevator was not working. Would likely stay somewhere else if it wasn’t last minute. Staff was nice and helpful.
