The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The only issue we had was with the air conditioning in the room; it wasn’t working and was blowing warm air. I asked the front desk for assistance the morning after our first night, but when we returned that afternoon, it still wasn’t fixed and there was no solution offered by management, so we had another hot night. We were very pleased with the hotel experience, with the exception of that one issue. I would have rated the experience as 5 stars if not for that.
