Family of 4 Happy with Indoor Pool

My family and I decided to visit New York City for our winter break and decided to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool for the little ones. LaGuardia offered a heated indoor pool which we were happy with. The service staff were all very friendly and accommodating, even the cleaning staff as we walked by to our room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Even though the city was working an emergency repair that ended up with the water being shut off for a few hours, my wife and I are very happy with our stay at LaGuardia. Parking included too, which is a rarity in NYC as you may have guessed. The restaurant, while a little expensive, offered good quality and very friendly staff. We would visit again.
The "Elements Burger".
Breafast is served by menu or buffet style. I went with buffet, where you will find familiar choices like scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, pancakes, waffles, etc.
This signed is posted everywhere in the garage. Lock your car!
Plenty of parking in the top floor, the bottom floors are always full. The garage is shared with the hotel next door.

Overall good location, main concern or negative with this hotel was cold water coming from shower in February. Staff asked how stay was and mentioned this and I mentioned the shower was cold and they said nothing proceeded to checkout. Other than it was good hotel, old, pillows bit dull, toilet could be cleaner. Overall good safe place I felt minus cold shower. No free breakfast but options to pay. Room had iron, tv, fridge, coffee machine, hair dryer.

The hotel was nice overall the experience was good but I did not like that they offer parking that you pay for but when you get to the parking lot you could never find parfking because the lot is being shared with another hotel and it is nearly impossible to find parking so we ended up parking on the street. The hotel is under construction in the lobby bar area and we were not informed of that prior to booking. The onsite restaurant was good and it had a pool and sauna but the pool is not heated so it is cold. The hotel itself is nice and the bed was comfortable.

This is a horrible property. Dirty rooms, pictures online do not reflect the poor condition of this property. Elevators do not work, beds are old and uncomfortable, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Not happy. Disappointed.

I stayed one night because of canceled flights. In the morning the shower never got hot, I needed to clean something off a shirt so I rinsed it out in the sink, but there was no hairdryer. I use the iron and the iron was dirty and left brown streaks on my shirt. I found an odd pill on the carpet, the button on the coffee machine was broken but other than that it seemed like a nice place. The lobby was beautiful. The people in the restaurant would not let me take my breakfast that I paid for up to my room so I paid for breakfast and didn’t eat. For a hotel with this name and this brand and this price I was very shocked at the low quality.
