The Lotte is more than a hotel, it’s an experience. Exudes elegance and checks every box. The dining is truly 5 star and while not inexpensive, the quality and presentation are first class The lady at reception could have been a little more friendly, but aside from that, I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice. Bed's super comfortable. The door men George and Louis were very nice and personable. There was no coffee available in the rooms. They would bring a coffee machine upon request. However they do have a coffee shop on the first floor. Also staying in a suite we were given only 2 bottles of water for a 3 day stay. Overall great location.

Lovely Hotel, we won't be back!

Lovely hotel, hard to believe a hotel of this level does NOT include wi-fi. Every hotel we've ever been to includes wi-fi. $15 PER NIGHT, PER PHONE for wi-fi. Because of the poor business practice, we didn't go to the bar or the restaurant, or the coffee shop. Lovely hotel, we won't be back!

A well-preserved historical site now an oasis within the bustling city surrounding it. We were welcomed by all staff, allowing us a refuge of peace once we entered our Cathedral view room and dropped onto the luxurious king bed. And room service to boot!
