Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!

I was told at check-in that breakfast was not included with my stay. I searched hotels that included breakfast as part of the package. I paid over $2800 for airfare and a three night stay at this hotel. The round trip flight from Dallas to NYC cost less than $300, so the hotel stay cost $2500 and they tell me that breakfast is not included! The concierge told me to complain to Expedia.

Disappointed in how poorly managed this hotel is — it truly lacks the quality you expect for the price. There was no warmth or genuine hospitality from the staff; it feels like you’re paying for the beauty of the building, not for a welcoming or comfortable experience. I tried reaching out to someone today regarding issues from my stay, but the response I received was rude and dismissive. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

The hotel seems quite rundown. Shower caps were terrible and small bathrooms. Asked for $16 per day for WiFi which wasn’t even working properly. Rooms need renovations. Rooms not properly heated. Takes 10 minutes to get down the elevator. Looks good from the outside but low level of service. Never staying back here.
