The attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. They seemed to go out of their way for some guests, but not for others. At times, it left us feeling like our needs were not as important as other guests, and like we were imposters in what is a more high end hotel. We’ve stayed in lots of nice places, and haven’t been made to feel like this before. I’d encourage staff to be friendly and welcoming to everyone, not just those with expensive bags and clothes.
