Love the hotel but it is in the middle of a not so great area. There was parking but it was confusing and the lot was not secure as the hotel is connected to a laundromat. The mattress was so comfortable and the room was newly remodeled and clean. It was hard to get into the shower however as it is too close to the commode so you have to open the door to turn around. Wouldn’t be good for children as the room is small. We could hear our loud neighbors.

Our stay at the Ly Hotel was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptional. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet. The beds were very comfotable.The Asian restaurant was very good. The elevators ran smooth and quick. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking here in the future.

WOW!!! Great little hotel with quality everywhere
What a nice hotel! I travel a lot and this was a last-minute booking based on high priced options everywhere else, but it was good enough to be on my regular list of places to stay next time I am in New York. This hotel is perfect for the night before leaving La Guardia. Uber was about $25 to the airport. There is a restaurant downstairs but not open for breakfast. For breakfast I found "Famous Gold Tim's Deli & Grill" which is a seven minute walk and they even have egg white omelettes. It's a dive type restaurant/minimart but the food was great and their coffee was fantastic. There are not a lot of amenities here at the hotel like a bar or pool but if you need a nice place to stay, this hotel will more than exceed your expectations. The room was remarkably comfortable and the beds and sheets were on the same level as a higher-tier Marriott (I'm a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and frequent traveler). It is not close to a subway station but you can always take the bus to flushing and catch the LIRR into the city. Or take an uber to the LIRR for ten bucks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

We were very please with our stay at this hotel. The LY restaurant is a 10/10! Very good food, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again!

Where do I start? Fire alarm kept going off all night. Hallways smelled like weed. Refrigerator in my room kept buzzing every ten minutes or so, and bathroom smelled like an old sewer or stale water. The advertisements for this hotel did not match the stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and remarkably quiet, making it the perfect retreat. The design of the space was both efficient and modern, with fantastic touches like LED-lit mirrors and a rainfall shower that offered multiple settings and frosted glass doors for privacy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to a variety of shops and eateries. Streaming Netflix on the TV was a nice bonus for winding down in the evenings. The hotel also offered great prices on both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which added to the value. The staff was genuinely pleasant and provided quick service throughout my stay. For such an affordable price, this hotel exceeded all expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Ly Hotel. room cleaning is available on request and facilities were clean and updated. Staff were polite and check in and out was seamless. There are two addresses on 127th for this hotel and we got very lost one night when we went to the other address by mistake.
