This place was marvelous,the hotel have everything restaurants, bars,pool,Jim etc even their own Statue of Liberty that you can take pictures with and even sit under it and eat .You don’t have to go outside for anything if you don’t want to.Service and Staffs were exceptional.I will be going back there very soon no doubt

This property is hard to navigate. Slow elevators. Staff always using them. The rooms are super tiny, and we constantly had to ask for items for our room. We had the staff in our room each day to freshen it up and still they didn’t refill stuff that was out. Upon check in the body wash was empty. 2nd day body wash was empty and no toilet paper even after room was cleaned,When we called for stuff they would have us go down and get it from the coffee shop in the store next door. We went and they didn’t have all the supplies we needed. The run around was wild! Defiantly not the resort feel I expected. Check in on 7 th floor, restaurants and bars on different floors, cold food 2 nights from restaurants that are not busy! Food is cooked on 1 floor and services both restaurants. Food was cold both times we ate there. Soggy nachos, shrimp and gross chicken strips. Low quality food. Manager going around to tables asking them to give a review. He didn’t ask me, lol water was spilled at our table, we asked to get something so no one slipped and it was like that for 20 minutes. Finally some towels where thrown on the table next to us and I grabbed them and threw them down so it could get cleaned. Expensive stay, low budget resort! Don’t stay here!

Like a taste of sunny Florida or a breathtaking Carribean Island in the midst of Times Square! The 4 year old hotel was bright, tropical, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The pool, exercise room, on premise dining, and rooftop bar provided the desired options for my family. A go-to for our future visits!

Right on Times Square so very convenient for shows, a variety of food options within walking distance, easy uber pick up. Staff friendly and helpful. Gave it a 4 because we decided to eat there one night and the margaritas were not really frozen and the food was subpar compared to other margarita properties we’ve visited. I’d stay there again, but just would not eat there. Lots of options around there anyway.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's exactly what you would expect - and that's not necessarily a bad thing. Staff were kind, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Of course the rooms are small but it's New York; that comes with sacrifices. We stayed on the 22nd floor and had a great city view. The elevators only take you to the hotel floors if using your key card, so there is a security measure to ensure no one has access to the rooms without actually being a guest. The public can still access the restaurants and rooftop bar (totally worth the view at night). There is a CVS a couple blocks away where we got water and soda for the room. Plenty of restaurant options within a couple of blocks, or even venture just 10-15 minutes and you have even more options. Andrea, bartender at Landshark Bar, recommended Best Bagel and Coffee a few blocks away which was fantastic. We took them over to Bryant Park, which is only 10 minutes from the hotel. Hotel is located within 5 blocks of Broadway theaters and Restaurant Row.

Despite the location and the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, there are several unfortunate and unexpected circumstances that lead me to writing this review. For one, there was a steamer for "ironing" your clothes. This steamer leaked all over the clothes making it impossible to press them. Second, I had to request additional hangers as there were only 3 in the closet. Finaly, I ordered room service and was instructed to use the QR code. I used the QR code to order drinks to room but they had only cocktails listed despite it being a full bar. When I called the front desk, they were extremely dismissive and apathetic suggesting I go to the 2nd floor to pick them up. When I called back and said that I just taken a shower and was settled in and asked If I could just make the order directly with room service/restaurant, he said they probably won't answer. He was right. I called back to speak to manager. At that point, the front desk person became guarded asking me why I wanted to speak to manager and refusing to transfer me. I bring all this up because, given the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I have stayed in less expensive hotels without any of the problems I have encountered here, with far better customer service. Finally, I made a mention of this at checkout and front desk person became extremely cold, clammed up and offered no apologies. Horrible customer service across multiple shifts.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to most everything. Additional transportation was accessible & available to other areas of the city. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and accessible. The food in the restaurant was very good. We also ordered room service twice and it came within 20 minutes. The hotel is very safe and secure. We never felt unsafe. We would definitely stay here again.

We came here with high expectations as we saw reviews and paid extra because we expected more for our money. Unfortunately, the reviews are exaggerated. There are a few things we did not like - starting with the front desk reception. Most of them appeared to have a poor attitude when you asked anything as if you were bothering them. I really hated the teeny tiny rooms. We got double bed and you can barely walk around the room and there’s absolutely no place to put your luggage. The closet is not existent only about 2 feet wide with five hangers provided. The drawers do not pull out all the way and they remind me of IKEA. I will never stay at this place again! Also one of the rooftop bars were closed most of the time and their front desk had every excuse in the world why it was not open. I expected the pool to be incredibly beautiful and welcoming, and there’s literally no service to take your order and it was not hopping at all!! Way, way overpriced and overrated.
