the property is in a good location, busses, metro and restaurants are less than 3 minutes away. Staff is very nice, I loved it. but keep in mind this is in the BX, if you want a quiet, gentrified neighborhood, this is not it.

It’s New York and in the Bronx but it’s every beautiful and clean inside the staff at the front desk was every polite and helpful the music when you enter is classic where when you hear it you just want to sing along the room was spacious and the bathroom where nice all and all it was fantastic and will be staying there again soon

For the area this is in, it is very peaceful and quet. Never expected a nice hotel like this in an area like that. The room was small but had everything you needed which was great. The AC was built in the upper walls which I love instead of the window and it blowing on you. Something very minor was the pillows and blankets which is a simple fix. Definitely need thickers and fluffy pillows and more blankets. Other than that everything was perfect.

Stay was practical. Parking terrible. The pillows need an upgrade. You can hear the guest in rooms beside yours. Not good at all.

The front desk staff was really nice and accommodating. I didn't prefer to park on the street but that was all they had which worked out. The property was clean in all areas. I would stay again.

Property is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. Loved this hotel. Area around hotel isn't ideal however Melrose Isn't able to dictate the surroundings so I made due. Just carry pepper spray or some form of legal self defence and you'll most likely be fine. Plenty of doordash options, reasonable price, subway very close by. Overall a great experience.

Good for a couple of nights

It is a cute, modern hotel. Great bathroom and room had all we needed, even a safety box. It would not hurt to add a coffee maker. I found a couple of hair on the bed. The location is convenient, close to the subway but it is a very dirty neighborhood and full of junkies.
