The hotel is in a wonderful location close to Broadway theaters. I would have liked a restaurant and bar in the hotel. In general, the hotel room needs new carpeting and updated furniture and a general uplift.

The floor was kinda dirty and the shower water would leak everywhere everytime we’d take one. Area was okay, noisy, but I expected that. No mini fridge :( Staff were really nice and helpful!

Great hotel with great location and hotel service. Renovation finishing work particularly in bathrooms could have been better. Very poor caulking throughout the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

We checked in to the hotel around 1pm and were told to come back between 2:30-3:00 to check into our rooms. The hotel held our luggage and we went to start exploring Times Square. We returned at 3:00 and the staff continued to tell us “10 more minutes” until we finally received our room keys around 4:30. Frustrating, but the view from the room and the location of the hotel made us quickly forget about the check in mishap. Overall, great stay!
