Location was great. Front desk was rude on arrival. It was raining and it was late, I had to pee. Please just check me in. The fist room had someone in it. Could have totally went left. The second room didnt have a working light. Front desk came up and pointed to the light switch told me to use it. Like really. Then I was told to "keep on the bathroom light because, its too late for maintenence". Once I clicked the bathroom light there was a bloody hand print on the wall. I demanded a new room. Third room, really bad and very distracting wall paint damage, Remote to the air Conditioning unit did not work, mattress was so soft I thought it was a water bed. No bathroom soap in wall dispensers, no towels, a hole in the lid to the toilet . Very tiny mini fridge that was plugged in and didnt work. I only stayed one night.

The hotel itself seemed rather okay when we checked in but when we were walking back to check in for the night we were followed by people 3 separate times and saw several drug deals outside the property. We decided to cancel the stay and book elsewhere

Room itself was clean and staff was helpful. The neighborhood is one of the most unsafe in Brooklyn I wouldn't bring my family here The rooms are extremely noisy, you can hear everyone around you late into the night

Please this is not a hotel Not even a motel, the rooms is 15/5 please tried to respect people money and respect people, the refrigerator is 10/10, the bad is bad, going to make sure I notice the government about that place. Tried to respect the standards , what the hotel means, that place on 393 Rockaway Brooklyn is not a hotel at all.

Room was small, but very clean. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was that the walls were so thin I could hear every tv from my neighbors well after midnight and then was awoken by fighting at 2-4 am from people arguing about rooms.
