What I liked about this hotel was that it was literally minutes away from times square...what i didnt like was the fact that there was no amenity such as tooth brush/tooth paste/slipper or when we asked if oour garbage that was full could be removed but nope....when we asked for anything they said they will bring it up and they never did...we kept having to ask over again which was awkward.....AND the soapy smell when you enter made me naseous AND the hotel is so tiny compared to a number of hotels i've stayed at such as doubletree and so on..... no closet as well..... overall will def not be coming back..... not worth it.

The hotel is great. Lobby is on the small side for the size of the hotel and number of clients, but front desk super organised and helpful. The little bar is great - quality of cocktail and oyster price point was excellent. The rooms are small like everywhere in NYC, but well designed space to make it work in a lively design. I would definitely go back for a stay at the center of the action to catch some shows. The only complaint n my side is how clean and day old laundry bins as well as vacuum cleaners are left in the corridor (in that case next to our room) for a 4 night stay - makes it look sloppy. When commented on - I was told “well this is NYC and space is tight!” - I have stayed plenty in NYC, this is not a space issue, it is a convenience one at the cost of the pleasure of the guest to enjoy a clean environment. Overall great stay.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this hotel right in Times Square. It was great! The hotel was nice and clean, and central to everything that we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful and friendly also. We will definitely stay there again.

Great room but poor sound isolation
The room was very comfortable, clean, and more spacious than I was expecting for this price point in Manhattan. It is right off of Times Square so visitors should bear in mind what that entails and the type of neighborhood. The one weird part of the room is that there are doors connecting to adjacent rooms on either side. The big downside of this was it removed sound isolation between the rooms and all of the activities and conversations of my neighbors were audible.

Great place to stay
Overall, the hotel is very well located in Times Square, clean and cozy. Room was small but has everything you need. Bed was very soft. I am used to a firm mattress so the soft bed was not too comfy. The hotel was at full capacity, so elevators were an issue having to wait longer specially going up to our room.

This room was perfect for me, my friend, and my teenage son. He had his own bed and the queen size bed was just enough for us. The room was small but very manageable. They utilize their space well. The concierge and staff were wonderful. The breakfast...mhmm...the bacon was unique and very thick and yummy. My friend thoroughly enjoyed her breakfast sandwich as well. Gersi, the bartender, was one of our personal favorites. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of in the drinks department. I didn't know what I liked or wanted and he created an amazing drink that I wish I could get back home! The hotel was in very close proximity to numerous subway stops and one block away from Times Square. We will be booking here everytime we come for sure.

It has the smallest room i have seen in a hilton property ever, the area is full of homeless people and the staff was rude and un efficient. Would not return here.
