It was my first time staying here, and it was in quite the popular and convenient part of town! My window view was also great, being able to oversee the Hard Rock Hotel and part of the M&M Store. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and room was cozy!

Great location, modern amenities, but housekeeping didn’t replace basic items like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Didn’t have a bath mat on second day, and some small items went missing from my bag, which was the most troubling out of the entire stay.

Great location! Rooms are tiny. Stand up shower and toilet really small. Didnt like the shaded private walls which when traveling with family, weird to see their shadow as they are doing their business.

Everything was modern and clean. Loved the high-tech elevator system. We had to wait a few minutes to get an elevator on a handful of occasions, but the elevators were a lot better than the last NYC hotel I stayed it. Friendly, helpful staff. We had a room with a bunk bed and both beds were comfy. It’s hard to overstate how tiny the rooms are. It’s inconvenient to not have any drawers to unpack into, but it would be ok for a very short trip or a solo traveler.

Issues with construction on street below from 11p to 1a. Reported and told."its the city issue" yet i couldnt get a good nite rest..then night light on bed malfunctioning and would go off. Called maintenance. Person appear at my door at 2a, not identifying after multiple ask...let him in, he had ro dismantle bed. Unplugged, thens return next day to fix.. Next say in room about to shower, maintenance open door unannounced , reached in engaged deadbolt lock.. im screaming " im in here!!" Finally someone said, we have towels...to which i say, i didnt ask for any!

The room was super super small. The AC in the room was making an intolerable noise. It was impossible to turn it off. Engineer had to came to shut down the AC through the ceiling. Doesn’t worth to pay that price for this room

The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly—Lika at the front desk went above and beyond for me. However, the room was extremely small and felt more like a high-end hostel. I wouldn’t recommend it for two people, especially if you plan to spend time in the room. If you’re solo, don’t mind tight spaces, and are mostly out exploring, it’s a solid choice. Otherwise, look elsewhere for more comfort.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, we had a lovely city view room which was very clean. The rooms are quite small though and we could hear our neighbours through the walls very clearly, especially when one night a neighbour had a crying baby in the room.
