I think this hotel was perfect for a weekend in the city. Definitely convenient for shows at Madison Square Garden. It had a great vibe, staff was very courteous. It was easy for me to navigate walking with a cane. I’d definitely stay here again

The Moxy Chelsea is super well located in the heart of Manhattan. The rooms have great design, with lots of details, they are modern and very clean! It is a very cute and hip hotel, in a great street full of flowers and plants. Very convenient and easy to walk in every direction. It feels like a micro hotel though. With very limited space to open the suitcases and minimal surfaces to lay anything on, the room can feel tight quickly. With the toilet room and shower opening into the room, there is no privacy and makes it hard to share a room with a friend.

Had the most amazing stay. Room had the most fabulous views and shower was fantastic. Ground floor Cafe and middle bar were great and the roof top bar was truly amazing. Superb location and easily accessible to the high line, Broadway and loads of bars/restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful and booked us a car to get back to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. Can't think of anything negative to say, which is rare for a NYC hotel. I was able to check in hours early and had hot water the whole time. Will def be going back to this hotel.

Great location. Rooftop bar was amazing. The cafe was handy too although lines were long. Appreciated the $30 credit/day for breakfast/bar! The view from my room was very cool - although the style of the room is different. No closet, or lounging chair and tight space, but it's New York - wasn't a huge problem as I wasn't in the room much. Would definitely stay again!

I've stayed at Moxy Times Square and Moxy Chelsea. Although I dislike leaving negative reviews, Moxy Times Square staff were a lot more warm and hospitable in comparion. I felt like a burden anytime I asked for help at Moxy Chelsea, regardless of who was at the front desk. I also loved the lounge at the times square and the Chelsea location.

The room has no closet, no drawers, no place to put any of your belongings. The room is in the sink and the sink is small. The faucet comes out far so when you wash your face, water is all over cuz the faucet is in the way. Its impossible to close the curtains all the way as well. So early morning light. The rooftop bar is not owned by them but run by the rudest people ever. Don't go there.
