Staff was very friendly. Very comfortable mattresses. Wish they would up grade the toilet paper though! Walking distance to a lot of different sites. Bernie was very helpful to us multiple days! Would not hesitate to stay again next year! Thanks Moxy staff.

Beware that you are charged a DESTINATION FEE of $30 USD per day. The hotel then states that you get a credit at their lounge and pop-up cafe of $30, but that's just to pay off the destination fee. You still have to pay for all your purchases so you don't actually get any credits. They don't tell you about the destination fee either until you check out and realize you're on the hook for all your "credited purchases". Total scam.

Nice hotel - great location!
Overall my stay was good. There were a few hiccups... cleaning staff only came once in my 6 night stay, the system indicated that my stay ended the day before it did, but all in all, the room was lovely (i had an incredible view) and the staff - most especially Champaine(!!) made the stay good. The hotel is in an excellent location - easily walkable to Soho/Chinatown and well connected to the B/D line. All in all - happy I stayed here.

The hotel is in a great location and the hotel amenities for party people would be perfect. There’s a rooftop bar/club, an underground club, a live music lounge and a restaurant all in the hotel property. The hotel offers a $30 credit per day to eat at their lobby bar and cafe. We used the food credit as much as possible and it was an easy process. There was also credits for dry cleaning and renting citibikes. When we asked for the citibike credit it was ‘unavailable’ which was annoying. My real gripe was with the hotel room, while well designed it greatly lacked the basic luxuries and functionality of a normal hotel room. The rooms are small, there’s no closet, no mini fridge, no safe. The only garbage cans were in the bathroom. Hardly any place to hang your wet towel. There was no way to store food or snacks. There was also no sense of privacy, we could hear people at all times of the night in the hallway. Air conditioning in the room was good. The location of the hotel was great but would not stay here again as the hotel room was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. At this price point, there were many other options in the same area that would have met our needs better.

Trendy and well designed
Room was tiny but so brilliantly designed it worked for a family of four. The lobby is decorated in a really fun and thoughtful way. Lots of little spaces to hang out, work or watch the Olympics. We loved it.
