Lovely hotel. Was disappointed my teenagers were not allowed in the rooftop bar and piano bar as these attracted us to the property. The place was lovely and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Shame the rooms were on the small side with no place to hang anything so had to live out of the suitcases. Other than that a great stay in a fab location. Great laundry around the corner too and very close to Little Italy for lots of food options

Best Trip with a Group of Friends

Everything about the stay was Amazing! The vibe! The people! The energy! All of the staff were just great and always made us feel welcomed. Door man Alex made a HUGE impression on my group he was our Out of Town Uncle with nothing but love and care at what he does! If you need anything you let him know, he will point you in the right direction! The Bartenders and Front desk were amazing as well! The area is perfect with enough food choices and bars etc. Subway stations are 1-2 blocks walking distance. The rooftop at this hotel is BEAUTIFUL! We got to catch 2 sunsets and all I can say is WOW!

A Time To Remember!!!

It was my wife's 70th Birthday and the Hotel staff treated her like a Queen. It was her first time in New York and we could not have picked a better spot to go. The view from the corner Executive room was epic, the food heavenly, and the view from the rooftop restaurant breathtaking. The only issue we had was it was time to go home.

Great hotel in lower east side manhattan

Food was good. Bar on top of building is amazing. Staff were courteous and friendly. Will return to this hotel if im ever back in new-york. Have already recommended to friends
