The hotel offers great value for money, and even if you're travelling alone, you don't feel alone, as there's a nice environment for breakfast and drinks, a decent gym. It's close to Penn Station, and generally, one can get around with 20 minutes walk. Staff are helpful.

Everything was great other than loud AC and I could hear the music from the rooftop in my room. The bed is comfortable, room is clean, and they have a closet with mini toiletries if u forget anything. My favorite thing is their cafe, they have amazing croissants.

Great location great rooftop bar lovely cafe next door and The Stash is a great idea! Could do with better room layout especially if in twin room and friends! Could also do with better and more storage room for clothes

The Moxy worked perfect for our trip. Convenient to many places to eat, and only about 10-12 blocks from the theaters we attended. Rooms are really small and hard to get in and out of a king size bed, but we made it work. Staff was very helpful getting me a package I had overnighted.

Moxy NYC Times Square is by far my favorite hotel in NYC and i absolutely love it. The staff really makes the hotel and the spaces are beautifully curated with so much to do inside. I came a few weeks ago for a solo trip and had to come back to bring my family. Came back to celebrate my nephews 12th birthday. Shoutout to all the staff that made our stay both enjoyable and memorable: Ever, Paola, April and Luke

Great location, short walk to many sites, Amtrak and 34th st station. Very clean, nice amenities, etc. However, I was on a lower floor so it’s noisy. Could hear all the street noise plus the music from the bar below. Noise is expected in NYC, but it was a lot from all my previous visits to New York. So get a higher floor room. In addition my bed and bedding was incredibly uncomfortable.

Room was very "cozy", but i wasnt expecting much in midtown NY and just needed a place to sleep. Amazing location and great place for first time visitors, but not recommended if you need a lot of space. Morning refreshments with little bottles of drinks was great to take out and the $30 credit was nice to have. However, i wish i knew about how loud the noise would have been from the rooftop bar to request a much lower floor ahead of time for some quiet at night. Still a great place to stay
