The stay was good the thing that annoyed me was a new invention that I first time I heard about called Facilities you had to pay 40$ a day on top of what you paid for the room Next they will ask you to pay for the elevator that gets you to the room I wasn't aware of that and it was really annoying

The NH Collection New York Madison Avenue did not disappoint. We were hoping it would be comparable to the NH Hotel Amsterdam we stayed at; it was. The NHC New York is conveniently located to attractions, transportation and dinning. I felt safe during my stay and walking to and from the hotel. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Housekeeping went the extra mile in locating an item I forgot in the room. As soon as I realized I forgot them, I contacted the hotel and was connected to housekeeping. They kept me informed when they found it until it was collected. Our stay was enjoyable and their restaurant, Serafina, was excellent. We look forward to our next stay @ NH Hotels.

A wonderful hotel that is exceptional. It is from a large European brand so there is a very European feel to the website, hotel, and staff. You also see many Europeans inside the hotel as well. Overall, it feels like you are vacationing a different country where everyone is courtesy and extra kind. You get amenities like toothbrushes, combs, etc that we tend to find in the Asian hotels too. There were 4 fast elevators and extra large rooms that are very rare in NYC. I would totally stay here again.
